Hammond Eclipse series single door enclosure in gray color is made of steel for long lasting resistance and measures 20 Inch x 8 Inch x 20 Inch. It is designed to enclose electrical and/or electronic equipment and to protect against harsh, industrial environments for wall mount applications. Box is formed by 16-gauge steel and offers smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth. It has door stiffeners that provide increased strength and rigidity. Box includes lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants. Door latches features the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring the use of tool for opening with seamless poured-in place of gasket. Junction box is provided with collar studs for mounting inner panel and includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts/sealing washers for wall mounting holes. Box includes bonding stud on door and grounding stud installed in enclosures. It features hinges that are constructed from 304 stainless steel and hinge pins made of stainless steel. Junction box meets UL 508 Type 3R, 4 and 12 CSA Type 3R, 4 and 12 standards.
